Proud Grandfather
Great Friend
Eduardo Francisco Steindl
Paco was a genuine man that made everyone feel on top of the world when they were around him. He was loved dearly by his family, friends, and friends that became family. He was truly one of a kind: someone who loved to teach, learn, and never missed a chance to party. He understood that being a true man meant owning your faults and rising above them. The legacy he leaves behind is one of never giving up, no matter the challenge.
A Life that filled a Lifetime
Paco loved adventure, storytelling, and, most of all, making a difference in the lives of others. In his 55 years, he lived fully, and against all odds, built a life of true abundance. He was deeply admired by his two sons, Chris and Matteo, and profoundly loved by his wife, Tania, who stood by his side through life’s toughest challenges from the age of 17.
He was his mother Maria's best friend, his grandson Damian's future inspiration, and, after many years apart, the great pride of his father, Javier, a reconnection that brought him deep fulfillment. He also shared a close and meaningful bond with his stepfather, Oscar, who stood by him as family in every sense of the word. Paco’s life is the kind of story that could fill a blockbuster film, but instead, its most important chapters will live on in the hearts and minds of the hundreds of people he touched along the way.
Though not religious, he lived by values that earned him the respect of those around him, shaping him into a devoted family man and a widely admired figure in his industry.
Celebrate with the Family
Paco never wanted a traditional funeral. He wanted a celebration, filled with stories, laughter, music, and the same warmth he brought into every room. While there is space for grief and reflection, the heart of this gathering is to honour his life the way he lived it: fully and surrounded by the people he loved.
Even the layout of this celebration reflects his wish; open, welcoming, and designed to bring people together. This is not a ceremony of quiet sorrow, but a tribute to a life rich with connection, joy, and unforgettable memories.
Thursday, January 8th (6:00 - 9:00 PM)
Thursday’s visitation is open to all who knew Paco: friends, colleagues, and members of the community who wish to pay their respects.
Friday, January 9th (1:00 - 6:00 PM)
Friday’s celebration of life is intended for family, close friends, and those who shared a meaningful connection with Paco.
This gathering will be more personal in nature, honouring his life in the company of those who were truly touched by his kindness and spirit.
